Sound Familiar - Union J vs. J-Lo

I have noticed a similar lyrical tempo between two segments of CARRY YOU by Union J and WAITING FOR TONIGHT by J-Lo. Is it just me?

I hope I don’t incur the wrath of the Union J fan-girls who hate me for suggesting they ripped of Jennifer Lopez.
